It was yesterday in the afternoon I heard someone calling me from my back. I turned to check on the person, not knowing he is a Businessman who has been following me through my social media platforms. From the short discussion we had, this man is seriously facing a lot of challenges in his business but he likes to do everything on his own. I advice him to get business partners to support what he is doing. In fact looking at his business model, he can't do it alone. It is better to bring in a partner who have people skills if you think that, you don't have the talent to recruit and lead your team. And never forget this criteria for selecting or choosing CEO, COO, Co-founder or partners.
