FAILURE OF SMEs :Co-founders

It was yesterday in the afternoon I heard someone calling me from my back. I turned to check on the person, not knowing he is a Businessman who has been following me through my social media platforms. From the short discussion we had, this man is seriously facing a lot of challenges in his business but he likes to do everything on his own. I advice him to get business partners to support what he is doing. In fact looking at his business model, he can't do it alone. One thing I want Entrepreneurs of these days to understand is, partners are essential for successful business. Business partners
✔Add value
✔Needed capital
✔Additional talents/skills
✔create new strategies
Look at the areas in which you are lacking and try to assemble experts to fill it
It is better to bring in a partner who have people skills if you think that, you don't have the talent to recruit and lead your team. And never forget this criteria for selecting or choosing CEO, COO, Co-founder or partners.
✅The person have to be a like minded as you.
✅ Develop passion for what you're doing
✅ Know your vision and mission, believe in it and ready to live it.
✅Believe your standards and ready to commit his or herself to it.
✅ Faithful to their own commitment
✅Lead with Purpose, and commit himself to your mission.
Therefore as an entrepreneur know your needs First before you entrust your hard built business in the hand of dream killers.
