FAILURE OF SMEs

*My new story for you
One day the son of a sugarcane farmer had a dream to Build a multinational business, and most great investors were willing to splash huge some of dollars into the business. The dreamer gather some few dollars to start a venture capitalist. 7 months Later, the most promising business idea is no more. The dreamer visit my office with soo much despair. I became emotional to the extent that I couldn't control myself. I was so because He was disappointment in life. Being a passionate entrepreneur to grow and sustain small and medium scale enterprises/Organization within the country, My question was what happened?
Making a thorough Analysis, I got to know that, he was practicing a wrong mentality of leadership. Doing what He is not capable of.
The problem of most unsuccessful Entrepreneurs can sometimes trace to the fact that, he think that I have to champion chairmanship or CEO or COO of the company because am the owner whiles he doesn't have the requisite skills to do so. The best and successful entrepreneur is the one who search for his areas of incapability and find expert to handle that for him. Know how to make good use of master mind group of SMEs. Entrepreneurs often spend much time dealing with the day-to-day running of their businesses instead of planning from the longer-term PERSPECTIVE(June Khedair and Michael Anderson). Living for legacy is another way to accept all conditions that will leads to successful business building. Never think for yourself but consider others and how you can make a good change in the world through every choices you make.
